Easter Vows | West Palm Beach, FL

If you’re going to have a springtime wedding, why not just have it on Easter Sunday?  That’s exactly what Hector and Judy did, and with a setting as gorgeous as West Palm Beach, it couldn’t have been any sweeter.

Everyone in attendance was happy and excited to be there!  I really enjoyed photographing this bright and beautiful wedding.  Feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of this post if you’d like.  Thanks!:)

Hi Chad, I enjoyed viewing your Easter wedding photos. There are all the beautiful ones of the bride and groom, and of the wedding itself, but there are some good funny ones like the guy trying to feed cake to the disgruntled looking woman next to him, which I am sure is his wife. :-) I also loved the ones you took of the little flower girl. GOOD JOB!

My First Bar Mitzvah! | UCF Campus, FL

Well, after having just passed my 100th wedding recently, I finally got the opportunity to photograph my first Bar Mitzvah!  I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would love to do more in the future.  I’ve got a Bat Mitzvah coming up at the end of the month, and I can’t wait for it!

Shooting a celebration like this is truly exciting.  Everyone is so happy and exuberant with smiles across the board!  Sure, weddings are beautiful and amazing occasions with tremendous joy throughout, but a Mar Mitzvah is pure elated excitement!  The energy is high, and the photographs below definitely portray Will’s big celebration as he becomes a man!

You did a great job, as usual, Chad! I am amazed that you have photographed 100 weddings! It’s nice that you have gotten to do something.
a little different.

Thank you so much! And yes, photographing something new is always good because it’s a new challenge!

A Resort Wedding | Kissimmee, FL

Well, there’s nothing quite like having a wedding on a resort!  Natalie and Kyle tied their knot at the Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, and boy did it make for a gorgeous wedding!  The natural light was perfect and soft that day, and everywhere I looked seemed to be photogenic.  So, this post might be a little longer than some of the others.:)

I truly enjoyed photographing Natalie and Kyle’s big day, and I’m excited to share some of the photos I was able to capture that day.  The details of this wedding were just so abundantly beautiful, and I hope you’ll enjoy having a look through the following photos from this amazing wedding.

TIP:  Make sure you look all the way to the bottom of this post for some photos of what was quite an “unusual” going-away moment!;)

Told you.:)

A Wedding by the Groves | Winter Haven, FL

Just one week prior to their wedding, Bertha and Salife met with me at Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Whales, Florida to shoot their engagement pictures.  Now, a week later, their wedding served to be a beautiful day with lots of love, laughter, and good old fashioned family time that translated to what I think are some great photos!  Have a look through some of the photos from their big day, and feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of this post if you’d like!

Chad, you’ve done another exceptional job! The shot of the bridesmaids carrying off the groom is so funny! :-)

Haha thanks! Yeah, that was a spur of the moment photo op that turned out great!

A Wedding with Old Friends | Richmond, VA

Okay, so Ana and I go back…  way back.  As you may have already read in my previous photoblog entry showcasing the engagement photos I shot for Ana & Gideon under the streets of Washington DC, Ana and I were classmates and lab partners in Astronomy class as well as many others throughout high school.  If you were to tell me in the 10th grade that I was going to be her wedding photographer almost a decade later, I would have called you crazy!  Well, for one, I wasn’t even a photographer yet lol.;)

Anyways, I truly cherished the opportunity to photograph Ana & Gideon’s wedding this past February in Richmond, Virginia.  It gave me the opportunity to not only capture the single-most important day of Ana’s life, but also the chance to see many old friends and catch up on life and where it’s taken each of us.  Have a look through some of the photos from Ana & Gideon’s big day, and please don’t hesitate to leave me some feedback in the comments field at the bottom of this post!
