Joe+Liz | Washington D.C.

In case any of my new subscribers/followers down in Florida didn’t know, I used to be a graphic designer when my wife and I lived in Northern Virginia.  Joe was my manager for the first 6 or so months of my tenure at our place of work, and then we simply became coworkers for the remaining 8 or 9 months of my time as a graphic designer.  He always knew that I was shooting weddings and engagements on the weekends, and when he decided to propose to his girlfriend, he asked me to come along and photograph it!  That was “The Proposal on a Mountain” blog entry I posted several months ago.

Since then, my wife and I moved to Florida, and Joe eventually contacted me about photographing their wedding.  I of course said yes because it is truly an honor to photograph my former manager/coworker’s wedding!  Now that I’ve gotten to know Liz a little bit, I can honestly say that I’m very excited to photograph their wedding this weekend!

Here are some photos from the engagement photo session we did about a month ago when I was visiting the DC area.  Please do let me know what you think in the comments section at the bottom of this post, and don’t forget to “like” my facebook photography page while you’re at it!  Thanks.:)

Overcasting Love | Mount Dova, FL

This may have been an overcast day, but that didn’t take away from the amount of love present at Erica & Jeramy’s wedding in Central Florida just outside of Orlando.  Happiness seemed to be contagious on this day, and I have to admit that it got to me as well!

I enjoyed photographing Erica & Jeramy’s wedding, and I hope you enjoy having a look through some of the photos from their big day.  Feel free to leave me some feedback at the bottom of this post, and don’t forget to “like” my facebook photography page when you get a chance!  Thanks:)

Enjoyed seeing your great skill again!

Michelle+Aiden | Vero Beach, FL

Michelle and Aiden drove all the way out here to Vero Beach from Tampa to have me photograph them for their engagement pictures on the beach.  To those of you that don’t know…  that’s roughly a 3 hour drive!  So, much thanks are due to Michelle and Aiden for making the long trip out to my town.

Now, I was more excited than usual to do this shoot because it marked my first actual shoot in Vero Beach since moving down here from Virginia last fall.  So, I took them to my favorite spot on the coast called Jaycee Beach.  It’s a great area with minimal people, a couple nice ice-cream and burger shops, and a half-mile long boardwalk I run 6 laps on everyday.  I knew it would serve well as a potential spot to do engagement pictures, so to finally have the opportunity use it was truly exciting!

Have a look through some of the photos from my photo session with Michelle and Aiden below, and feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of this post.  Oh and don’t forget to like my facebook page and subscribe to this photoblog by clicking on the tab in the top lefthand corner of this webpage.  Thanks!:)

Easter Vows | West Palm Beach, FL

If you’re going to have a springtime wedding, why not just have it on Easter Sunday?  That’s exactly what Hector and Judy did, and with a setting as gorgeous as West Palm Beach, it couldn’t have been any sweeter.

Everyone in attendance was happy and excited to be there!  I really enjoyed photographing this bright and beautiful wedding.  Feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of this post if you’d like.  Thanks!:)

Hi Chad, I enjoyed viewing your Easter wedding photos. There are all the beautiful ones of the bride and groom, and of the wedding itself, but there are some good funny ones like the guy trying to feed cake to the disgruntled looking woman next to him, which I am sure is his wife. :-) I also loved the ones you took of the little flower girl. GOOD JOB!

My First Bar Mitzvah! | UCF Campus, FL

Well, after having just passed my 100th wedding recently, I finally got the opportunity to photograph my first Bar Mitzvah!  I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would love to do more in the future.  I’ve got a Bat Mitzvah coming up at the end of the month, and I can’t wait for it!

Shooting a celebration like this is truly exciting.  Everyone is so happy and exuberant with smiles across the board!  Sure, weddings are beautiful and amazing occasions with tremendous joy throughout, but a Mar Mitzvah is pure elated excitement!  The energy is high, and the photographs below definitely portray Will’s big celebration as he becomes a man!
